Invitation to join the IPCSA Member Exchange Program
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the IPCSA Member Exchange Program, an initiative designed to foster collaboration and share expertise among talented individuals within our community.The IPCSA Member Exchange Program aims to provide an opportunity for members to gain invaluable experience from their colleagues at different ports. By participating in this program, you will have the chance to observe best practices, share knowledge, and enhance your professional skills.
Duration and Location:

The exchange program involves a mutual exchange between 2 IPCSA Members – two-day visit to another PCS/ port, allowing for an immersive and enriching experience.

  • Participants or the company you represent are responsible for your own travel and accommodation expenses.

Application Process:

To participate, please fill out the questionnaire form available at IPCSA Community and include your profile details and submit it at your earliest convenience.

If you are not registered on IPCSA Community, please send registration request to: inga.morton@ipcsa.international stating your name, organisation and email address.

 

We encourage prompt submissions, as applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner we receive the applications, the sooner we can arrange the exchange and ensure a smooth handshake between participating ports.
