Ports and Customs 2.0

 

The Secretariat of the Inter-American Committee on Ports (CIP), in collaboration with the International Port Community Systems Association (IPCSA) will host the Webinar “Ports and Customs 2.0“ on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 11:00 am Washington, D.C. (10:00 am CST).

This Webinar will address the importance of the relationship between ports and customs for trade facilitation. Representatives from dbh Logistics IT AG and HudsonAnalytix will present on customs supervision, trends and the role of a PCS. The presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion that will focus on the functionality of a PCS for data sharing, transport of goods and port efficiency.
